• Course purchases are completed through our course platform (Selfany) and are also subject to that platform's terms.
• Your course licence is personal and non-transferable. You may not share logins or redistribute course materials.

3. Training and services

Mentorship, training and consulting services are provided under a separate proposal, statement of work or booking confirmation, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

4. Prices and payment

6. Intellectual property

We teach practical, income-focused skills, but individual results depend on many factors. We do not guarantee any particular job, income or business outcome.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law
